* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA DURING THE PREDAWN HOURS
  FRIDAY. THE PERIOD OF HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE FROM THE EARLY
  MORNING INTO EARLY AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL END FROM WEST TO EAST
  DURING THE AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL ON SNOW COVERED ROADS ESPECIALLY
  DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
