* LOCATIONS...THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND PORTIONS OF THE LOWER
  SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW FOLLOWED BY FREEZING RAIN.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 5 INCHES.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...AROUND ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

* TIMING...PATCHY LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE MUCH OF THE DAY.
  STEADIER AND HEAVIER SNOW IS EXPECTED THIS EVENING AND EARLY
  TONIGHT BEFORE MIXING WITH AND CHANGING TO FREEZING RAIN AND
  SLEET...THEN GOING TO PLAIN RAIN LATE TONIGHT OR EARLY MONDAY
  MORNING. PRECIPITATION WILL THEN TAPER OFF AS SCATTERED SNOW
  SHOWERS ON MONDAY MORNING.

* PERIOD OF HEAVIEST SNOW...THIS EVENING INTO LATE TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS. A COATING
  OF ICE WILL THEN LEAD TO SLIPPERY UNTREATED SURFACES LIKE
  SIDEWALKS.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST 5 MPH OR LESS WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.
