The World’s Largest Small Town Parade – Coming July 1st in Martinsburg!


Will you be attending the parade?

Since 1983, held 31 consecutive years during the Morrisons Cove Memorial Park’s July 4th Celebration. The parade is held to
honor agriculture, the military, area businesses, civic groups and marching units. Attracts thousands of spectators.

Trophies will be awarded in 4 categories: Commercial Floats, Non-Commercial Floats, Antique Farm Equipment (Prior to 1950),
and Antique Farm Equipment (1950 & Later). Businesses are encouraged to limit entries to 3 units.

Starts at 6:00 pm sharp. Lineup no later than 5:30 pm as follows: 1) Parade dignitaries, marching groups and antique cars meet
at the Brethren in Christ Church parking lot; 2) Floats and participants meet at Sunset Drive; 3) Fire trucks and tractor trailers
meet on Apple Packer Road; 4) Agricultural equipment, businesses, horses and remaining entries meet at Central High School.

The parade ends at the Memorial Park. Then use the temporary exit route behind the Park to Route 164. After the parade,
enjoy the celebration with food, rides, entertainment, games and lots of family fun!
