Cale began his racing career at 12 years old in 2001, in the karting ranks at Cove Valley, Cove View, and Path Valley speedways. After local success he moved on to regional and national events racing in Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He picked up 2 wins with the VDKA and finished second and 3rd in points along with shows with the NC dirt series. In 2005 Cale made the transition from Karting to the sprint car ranks competing with the PA 305 sprint series.
In 2006 Cale would make another transition, he would move to the 410 sprint ranks where he would be named 2006 410 rookie of the year at the Port Royal speedway. Cale ran 410 sprints for 4 years until he made the decision to focus on the family business Key State Ag Transport where he is Partner with His Father. After a 7 year Hiatus Cale Missed racing and in 2016 would make his return to the 410 sprint ranks and once again become a member of the famed Pennsylvania Posse.
The team’s home track for 2016 will be the Port Royal Speedway in Port Royal Pennsylvania, with trips to Bedford, Hagerstown, Lernerville, and the famed Williams Grove speedway planned during the 2016 season.
